The Olympic weightlifting wizard, Jarred, is a miracle worker. He helped me gain incredible strength in the last 5 years with individualized programming and helped me recover from injuries through physical therapy (i.e dry needling & mobility exercises). Don't miss out on the opportunity to work with Jarred at RIP for all your athletic and rehab needs.

RIP is the best weightlifting gym in Rhode Island and arguably New England. If you are looking to learn the sport of weightlifting, become a better athlete, or just get plain strong, look no further. The members are awesome, and the atmosphere is friendly yet intentional. Ive been coached by Jarred for going on 6 years and havent looked back.

I did personal training at RIP with Jarred for about one year and all I can say is it has been awesome. I have never been stronger or in better condition and that is largely because of Jarreds programming and coaching. Jarred has the ability to teach you and make you stronger at the same time. No matter what your goals are, I would HIGHLY recommend working with him.

Ive trained with Jarred for almost 7 years. He is without a doubt the most knowledgeable and dedicated weightlifting coach Ive ever worked with. He builds his athletes from the ground up, and has reached both national and international levels of competition with his athletes. Jarreds expertise goes far beyond the barbell. As a DPT, Jarred has been there to help me in the rehab process through multiple personal injuries. With personalized programming, dry needling, and other physical therapy techniques, he has helped get me back to national level competition at full strength. In addition to Jarred, the rest of the community at RIP is next level. The camaraderie shown between these athletes is truly unique. The atmosphere of this gym breaks down walls between a diverse group of people and athletes of all levels. This is the most welcoming group of individuals, no matter your background, age, or past fitness experience. Whether youre looking to get into weightlifting or fitness, better your strength and conditioning for another sport, or rehab an injury, RIP is the place to be.

I came to RIP after almost 10 years of CrossFit at various gyms in Rhode Island. On day one it was obvious the athletes here are being coached by a world class weightlifting coach and the group training dynamic was fantastic. You can trust Jarred to have a keen eye for detail and for specific feedback when training in his facility and/or training remotely. Hes truly an expert and brings a holistic approach, seamlessly combining his background in physical therapy and personal experience as a weightlifter. There is immense value in his coaching services. Ive been a competitive athlete for many years, including other strength sports like powerlifting, and Ive hit numerous goals and PRs since training here over the past 8 months. If you want to be involved in the best weightlifting program in New England, this is the place to be!!
