Ideally located, within walking distance of any address in downtown (shops, cafes and restaurants). New and comfortable rooms (those overlooking the square, very bright with a beautiful view but less quiet). The lobby is impressive! Professional and friendly staff.

Room was nice, Kyle at the front desk was very attentive. I just wish that the lighting systems working better, the main chandelier too bright if you turn it off the all of the lights in the room would be off too. Very nice location, close to Kennedy Plaza where you can take the bus.

First off the staff is extremely hospitable. Truly helpful and kind and personable. Second, it really is a luxury hotel. The room we have is spectacular. The bed is pure white and the main area looks very clean and luxurious. Only one issue I noticed there was spots in the bathroom floor in front of the toilet when we first got here. So I took a washcloth with some water and just kind of ran it across the floor with my foot. It picked up filthy dirt. I dont think the bathroom has been mopped in a long time. So that really grosses me out, Ive washed the whole floor in the bathroom and used some Clorox disinfectant that I had in my backpack on it as well. Very unexpected for this price range and for this hotel. UPDATE: The manager comped the night. This is above, and beyond what I expected. I believe they will fix the root cause of this problem. Bottom line I will try this place again in the future.
