About 2 weeks ago I provided this company with very detailed information and offered to submit even more evidence of my incurable service connected disease because my case is quite evident and clear. I spent about a half hour on the phone with a representative who took down my consolidated explanation of what I needed assistance with. About a week later (yesterday) I get a call from one of their representatives who tells me they can't assist me nor will they even tell me why. My case is not a difficult one. Don't waste your time with them. I encourage anyone looking to get real help with their VA claim to find a place where you will get the time and consideration you deserve. This was so disappointing.

They say they will adapt to help yet the jerked me around for over a week! I never spoke with an actual attorney! But 3 or 4 assistants and also had to explain my situation, in detail, that many times for them to finally send me a text saying that I needed to call them. So I called, and got yet another assistant! Just for them to say that they couldnt help and had an absolutely no reason as to why they couldnt so I highly recommend people NOT use them!!!

I would highly recommend CCK if your looking for a law firm to represent you in a VA claim. They got me 100% disability. Talk to them before using another law firm and you'll understand why they are the number one firm for veterans. Tim in California

During this time with understaffed, under experienced examiners, VSOs and bureaucratic delays it feels good to know that Pros have your back. I went from 70% for PTSD to 100% P&T within 6 months. I did have two advantages which were, I am stage 4 cancer, and I am over 75 years old. Either would afford the Veteran to go to the front of the line for an appeal review, such as mine. CCK, did all the math, strategy, research, preparation, correspondence, and coupled together with their knowledge database of the laws, forms, protocols, did something I could never have done on my own. I would have given up, and walked away. They are sincere, polite, respectful people, that give the Veteran an equal footing in a rocky, slippery system. Thank you CCK!
