        HORRIBLE! SCAM ALERT. This place is a complete scam. My friend and I booked our massages a week ahead of time. When we arrived for our appointment everything seemed fine. They gave us a tour, we put on robes and they told us our massage therapists would be right with us. After waiting 45 minutes, I finally had to track someone down at the front desk downstairs to ask what was going on. They told me my massage therapist just never showed up for work and they didn't realize. Ok so you didn't know when I checked in that your employee never showed up? RED FLAG. My friend did get a massage, but when she looked at her receipt the math did not add up. Don't waste your time or money on this scam.

        I had the honey bee pedicure. The girls who greeted me at the desk were extremely friendly, as was Katie who did my pedicure. It was very pretty and clean in the spa and I would highly recommend going!

Please know that we take full responsibility for the scheduling error that led to your disappointment. Our front desk associate is not able to know when therapists arrive for their appointments and was not aware in your case that yours was not onsite. This has not happened prior to this incident and going forward we've implemented additional protocols to prevent such occurrences in the future. We are disappointed you were not able to take advantage of the complimentary treatment we offered you as soon as we realized what had happened, but we understand it was not convenient for you and your party at that time. Should you wish to discuss this matter further or schedule a treatment in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. Regarding the discrepancy in your friend's charges, we're committed to full transparency and accuracy in all transactions. We were genuinely sorry that you and your friend did not fully enjoy the experience you expected with us, and as a gesture of goodwill we did apply a 15% discount on her service. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
