I visited Mayara after experiencing some swelling during the third trimester of my pregnancy. She was very thorough, gentle and extremely informative in everything she was doing, and recommendations for afterwards. I loved the manual lymphatic drainage massage so much, I booked another session!

Mayara is a wealth of knowledge. As a RN I did my research prior to having my plastic surgery- I knew I needed to have someone knowledgeable in lymphatic drainage/massage in order to optimize my results. Mayara was everything and more. She educated me on taping,massage,lipofoams and faja's. I wish I could say I knew about it all- but I didn't. She explained taping at my appt. Prior to surgery- its importance as well as what to expect. The fact that I had minimal bruising/swelling post operatively was amazing! I have been recovering faster than expected annd with the results I didn't even expect. I can not recommend her enough-she will share her experiences and knowledge with you every step of the way and takes the time to answer all of your questions. Best lymphatic massage therapist- if I could give her 10 stars I would- thank you for everything
