About a year ago I contracted with them to do my gutter cleaning and I was told they would be out ~ 4x/yr. They're quick...in/out in approx 8 min typically?! This past Tue I received a text at 11:00 AM telling me they were on their way... they didn't show up on Tues or Wed, I have 4 video cameras around my house and none of them showed their truck at any time? So I just called, today is Thursday, and was told that the leaves were still too green to do the service? ‍ first of all how would they know since I have no indication they even came by the house, second, there is one huge tree over my house that is completely yellow, orange, etc.. so I asked the lady why they didn't inform me as a follow up to them telling me that they were on their way? She said "sorry it's really a busy time. It's hard to get back to people"?? to which I replied "well I'm paying for a service, I'm told they are on their way, they don't show up for 2 days and nobody informs me as to what's going on??" Again. She apologized and said it's difficult to get back to people to let them now??  maybe I'm too busy to pay my bill and I should cancel the service?
