Providence Place Cinemas 16 and IMAX

First things first you're better off staying home for a couple months watching your own movies. Then watching one movie from here. Their staff is not very friendly at all, you'll ask them hey job-related question such as how was this particular movie or the rating? And in their response they State they have no clue or no idea and just hurry you through the line. I had asked if I could have a unsalted pretzel and a small unsalted? It looked at me like I had three heads and stated absolutely NOT! Then ask for a manager and stated what about the person with a medical Sault condition. Far as I'm concerned it should just be a kiosk that you can buy your on tickets and put your tickets in to allow you to push through the gate and to proceed to the movie as stated on your receipt. No staff needed at all. Bring your own popcorn and drinks and just let them have their cleanup Crew after each movie. For this will be a much better way and in good faith that everyone will respect each other at the movies and then go with their families their own ways.

The best time for concessions is after the last showing starts everything is free because no one works the concession stand and the side opposite the imax closes their doors. I guess just jump the counter and help yourself. The picture posted here is during the movie

Saw some girls making a tik tok in the lobby and it straight up ruined my day. Also My friend tried to get in for free and they didn't let him so that sucks too.
