Vehicle was towed to shop for coolant leak 2012 Infinity G37 I believe we got overcharged. I believe it should have been a $300 to $350 charge but got charged $480..Any decent technician could have done the job in about 1 hr and half ..2 gallons of coolant and small tube parts cost $60 tops.I understand your in business to make money but dont rip people off though.They also tried to upsell me around $10,000 worth of work on a vehicle thats worth $7000 REALLY Shame on you.Some stuff would be ok like brakes and tires but not everything under the sun.I understand the vehicle had some oil leaks but what car thats has 140000 miles dont have any leaks .FIRST AND LAST TIME PLACE IS A RIP OFF..

They performed an extremely thorough inspection and provided me with a clear itemized list of all estimated work and a description of each problem. They even helped break down which repairs are most critical, and also the importance of the non-critical issues. Grateful for their transparent presentation because I don't know the right questions to ask to get the information I need

Wayne's Service Plus was recommended by the supervisor of the AAA technician who replaced my battery last night. I could not be more pleased by the service and feel they are 100% trustworthy. I signed up for their online service which will notify when I need to make an appointment for maintenance. My husband handled the maintenance of our cars and he passed away last month. It's nice to know I have Trish and Wayne's service staff to take care of my car. It's an old Toyota Scion and Trish assured me that it was not yet time to get a new car. I've recommended Wayne's Service to my son and his wife who live in Rhode Island. THANK YOU!

Wayne is the CEO of Wayne’s Service Plus. He started tinkering around automobiles at home when he was just a young kid helping his father who was also a mechanic. Wayne used to fix his friends bicycles and mini-bikes as he was growing up in Cranston. He started his professional automotive career in 1981 working on Honda motorcycles and very shortly after that on Honda vehicles where he became a certified Honda Technician. He then worked on Acura vehicles and became a Certified Acura Technician. In January of 1995 he started Wayne’s Service Plus because he wanted to service customers and their vehicles better than what he felt the dealers were. Over time he became known as “The Honda Man” in Johnston and his business took off. He became a ASE Certified L1 Master Technician and a Certified RI Inspection Repair Technician. He moved his business to Providence and became a AAA Approved Auto Repair Facility. Business was doing well and continues to twenty two years later! He has to be doing something right! Wayne’s Service Plus has developed a well-earned reputation for making sure customer’s needs are met, fixing customers vehicles right the first time and standing behind their service 100% of the time.
