I came here to rent charger plates for my sons birthday party. First off, the lady doesnt even greet you, she asked me what do I want .. ok ? Secondly I ask if they have the charger plates decor plates that they rent and they were super confused, tried explaining it and who either seems to be the owner or the manager of this place gave me the most dumbfounded face when I asked for decor plates? Didnt know what she was talking about and didnt even try looking for what I asked for. Wont even try coming here ever again. Service says it all.

I put a deposit for a two-seater throne bench, on the day of pick up the chair wouldnt fit in my car. The owner was able to accommodate me, she offered delivery or two single smaller throne chairs that would fit in my car. Overall I got my moneys worth and everyone loved the chairs at the party and I got my deposit back. Will be returning for future party rentals!
