Jodie was referred to me by my relocation company to sell my home. I couldn't be happier to work with her throughout the process. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She always responses and answers questions promptly. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jodie was prompt with listing and private appointments, as well as took extra precautions of limiting contacts and sanitizing surfaces during the showings. She sold our house in less than two weeks and this was definitely a big relief for us before the move! She also stayed on top of the following activities and shared her contacts of attorneys, repairmen and inspectors etc. The sale proceeded smoothly and we were able to close on time despite of the COVID-19 situation. I would highly recommend Jodie to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent. She is simply the best!

Heather was the listing agent for a property that I was extremely interested in and excited about. With the current situation with COVID and the competitive housing market, I understood that certain precautions needed to be taken as I have done in past showings. I have worked as a Regisetered Nurse in the frontlines during the worst of this pandemic and I do not take such precautions lightly. I am also a single buyer and have been bringing family members for input because in this market a decision to buy needs to be made on the spot in order to not miss out on a property. At the time of the showing and this review, our state has been reopened with group limitations of 5 people. The particular property Heather was showing today was very popular and had 10 showings scheduled, myself being one of those. Prior to showing, my real estate agent had contacted Heather and asked if it were okay that I bring 2 extra people, Heather had said it wasnt a problem. Upon arrival to the property, myself and the people that accompanied me stood outside waiting for our turn. Heather stood at the door and we were immediately met with resistance regarding the number of people that were there (4 of us, myself included). One of the first things out of her mouth were Are you serious?. Heather began saying that we couldnt go in and that she needed to protect her buyers will all of the showings she had. I had asked if it were possible to rotate people through as I had done at previous showings and what was being done in open houses. After rolling her eyes and sighing she said, Its fine, whatever. She stormed off into the house leaving us outside. After the exchange I felt extremely uncomfortable, so I only entered and toured the home with my brother. Her lack of professionalism and rudeness set the tone for the entire appointment and made something that I was so excited about a horrible experience. After quickly going through the home and leaving without a word or goodbye from Heather, she made it a point to approach my realtor at her car and criticize her for having me bring other people that werent buyers to this showing. The entire experience was handled in such poor taste and I will never work with Heather or her company again.

If you are looking for someone with integrity, knowledge, honesty, professionalism and ease, then Jodie Jordan is who you want to deal with for your next real estate transaction! I met Jodie in 2014 when I was looking to purchase a home. I was new to Rhode Island and Jodie was fairly new to real estate. She showed my husband and I several homes from one end of Rhode Island to the other. She put us in touch with a mortgage broker as well as anyone else that could help us in the process. We couldnt believe how incredibly patient and kind she was! What had worked out for my husband and I is we brought the house we had been renting for the past two years directly from the owner. I thought, how Im I going to tell Jodie who spent so much time educating, traveling and showing us all those homes that we are staying right where we are and she was not going to make a commission? To speak to the kind of person she is, when we called to tell her, her immediate response was, I am so happy you guys found a home that you want! She also said, if you guys have any questions as you go through the process, dont hesitate to call me. Fast forward six years; we decided to sell our home. I said to my husband, I wonder if this is something Jodie Jordan would be interested in selling. To us there really was no question, if Jodie was willing we wanted her to have the listing and maybe we could finally thank her for her overwhelming kindness! I honestly thought I was doing something for Jodie, thats funny! I emailed Jodie asking her if she might be interested in listing the property. My phone rang in less then five minutes. We set an appointment for the end of the week for Jodie to come view the property and tell us what she thought about, value, what to fix up or change in the house and when to sell it? Jodie came fully prepared with comps of what was for sale and what recently sold in the neighborhood. She spoke to when she thought would be a good time to list and how much we should list for. She told us the house was ready just the way it was. My husband and I took a few days to digest all the information, called Jodie and said lets do it. Jodie came on a Wednesday night to list the house and sign the paperwork, showed it once on Thursday, had an open house on Saturday, which produced five offers and it was sold on Sunday for $9000 over asking price! Did I happen to mention this was all at the beginning of the pandemic of the Covid-19 virus? Jodie communicated with us almost daily keeping us informed every step of the way. To say it was an incredibly high stress time would certainly be an understatement, but Jodie never missed a beat! Everything went exactly how she said it would! Her calm demeanor and professionalism is second to none! Whether you are buying or selling your home, if you want the job done right and you want to be treated fairly, there really is no other option but to call Jodie Jordan. I no longer call her my real estate agent, I am now proud to call her my friend!Less Highly likely to recommend
