        I visited the Hartford Ave, RI location. I had a bunch of ?'s & concerns related to my taxes this year. Immediately I was greeted with a welcoming face & a willingness to help. I sat down with Miss Stephanie. Not only did she answer all of my questions professionally & with confidence, I left with a feeling of relief. I was worried as my tax situation had changed & I was very confused. This is my first time visiting Jackson Hewitt and I'm very impressed with the knowledge & customer service, she went out of her way to help supply the answers I needed. I definitely recommend Jackson Hewitt for all your tax needs!

        No point in making an appointment. Scheduled my appointment a week ago, showed up a few minutes early. There is one guy there that took a walk in. Half hour later I left with no clue as to when I would even be sat down to start the process.
