Rhode Island Hot Yoga

I've been attending RI Hot Yoga for the last month enjoying one of their generous trial memberships, and I think I'm hooked. The classes are challenging but I feel so great afterwards, the teachers are informed and competent but also kind and funny, and the other students around me of all shapes and sizes let me know that I wouldn't feel out of place or uncomfortable due to my size. I highly recommend Rhode Island Hot Yoga to practitioners new and established of all sizes and expressions. You are definitely welcome here.

You are going to love this place! I have been going here since 2019- (27y/o). I do all the yoga Original Hot Yoga (26:2), core fire, and power yoga! I cannot recommend this place enough and cant wait to see you in class :) I recently went on a yoga retreat with this studio and it was life changing!

Rhode Island Hot Yoga has become my second home. It's all about positive vibes from the instructors and members. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. The Providence location is easy to get to and parking is plentiful. The facility is bright and spotless. Variety of classes for all levels of fitness.
