Buyer Beware!!! Ron Warr is awful!! I had a closing with him and he called me a liar and accused me of fraud with no proof. He then decided to retaliate with a fraudulent tax form because he was under the impression I had written a bad review of him. I had not at that time. My deed was not recorded until 2018 and my funds were not available until 2018 but he sent me a tax form for 2017 and is refusing to correct as punishment. He is unprofessional to an alarming degree. My gut had told me to walk out of the closing based on how he was treating me. I should have followed my instinct.

This couple had my back from the very beginning! Ran into someone who was very difficult to complete a closing with. From the realtor, to the seller. Warr and Warr made sure I received all deposit monies owed me and wouldn`t release funds until I was paid all deposit money in arrears. This was my first house transaction so needless to say, I was concerned about all kinds of issues, especially being ripped off. VERY professional. Stopped the closing process when the seller didn`t have his paperwork in order and started acting shady. The realtor was saying they were "too strict" and even accused Warr & Warr of not telling the truth. However, everything was documeneted from e-mails and such. they handles some of my insecurities like pros. I wouldn`t hesitate to use them again or to reccommend them. Although I`ve never used anyone else, In my opinion, they proved, it`s them...and everybody else out there.
