image If I could give no stars I would. Starting from customer service, to the website, to their work with DHS, the place is useless.

image Always been difficult to deal with. More recently, I had my first child in August, and had her added to my insurance. After 6 months, Im still getting bills from her pediatrician saying dependent not on policy. I have her card and a statement saying she is, but when I call they keep telling me it hasnt been finalized yet. Ive had to make extra payments twice to make it go through asap, and it still hasnt.
Now Im getting bills from a debt collector for the pediatrician bills. Just called again today, and they cant figure out why its not finalized, and are asking for another extra payment.

image After multiple calls wait at least 30 min for a pick up then put on hold to get told a different story every time then u ask to speak to a supervisor they hang up on u. Finally went to the office myself there are 4 people working on a huge building that Im guessing our tax money pays for. The 4 people working are 2 people taking in appointments plus a useless front desk body plus supervisor who looks like she just woke up from a nap. I asked where is everyone supervisor says they dont wanna come into the office they wanna work from home...pandemic is over you idiots! Get back to work like the rest of us you incompetent lazy people u cant be trusted to work from home.

image Im only giving 3 stars because I had forgotten my password because it might have to do with my biometrics facial ID.
I dont know why neighborhood mailed me a delta dental card that I must give to my dentist along with my anchor card and neighborhood card. It seems like Delta dental pays first and when I run out, Medicaid takes over.
I went to the Health Source portal I had joined a few years ago but Im not sure what happened. Yes, I forgot my password because I was using the facial ID.
I assumed that there would be a forgot password option. Luckily they did have a forgot username and forgot password.
Im pretty savvy with this stuff but it kept asking for my favorite dogs name and my best friends name years ago. I had many friends. I called several times asking them to unlock my account because I tried several passwords, including the one in my password vault.
It never helped me. They kept giving me a warning that I only get 3 tries before I get locked out. They would unlock it until I gave up. I only wanted to know why I got a Delta Dental advantage plan and I still had HealthSource and Medicare. Medicaid pays for all my dental work so I dont know if Im going to be thrown off Medicaid for dental insurance and switched to Delta Dental.
Its confusing to me why I have a Medicaid anchor card , a. Neighborhood card and a Medicare card and now this Delta Dental card. The Delta Dental card was mailed to me without instructions. I recently went to the dentist with my cards and handed them to the desk clerk. To my surprise they wanted me to fill out a form that said that I would pay ( sort of like a promissory note) and that I was responsible for payment if they didnt get paid and thats all it said. I said no , my insurance covers everything.
Ive been going to this dental clinic for over 10 years and I was never asked to provide such a form. While sitting in the dentist chair I asked if I had to pay for any of this and the tech meekly said you shouldnt . Not very convincing. I refused to listen to elevator canned music for more than 15 minutes again because I knew they had unlocked my account again.
I didnt need to tell a live person what I was looking for. Be prepared to wait a long time on the phone. Some calls took a long time. All I wanted was my account unlocked.
Once you try your (no longer available) password they took less than 3 minutes before they lock you up again. They kept pointing me to their website and it didnt even have an option on how to unlock it.
Finally got everything all set and sitting in the dentist chair when they asked me if I medicated (antibiotic due to a blood thinner). I said yes that I took a 500 mg capsule. They said you didnt take 1,000 mg? I said no because you prescribed 500 mg 1 hour before dental work. They also said that I needed clearance from my cardiologist due to the blood thinner. My cardiologist has several offices and difficult to get a hold of. Besides, I thought it was the dentist who was supposed to get clearance. Not me.
Long story short they sent me home because of that. I had used MTM to take me there because I dont drive anymore. I had to call MTM to come back and get me and the expected wait was 1 hour!.
I ended up calling the sub contractor to come get me and it only took them 15 minutes. Eventually the dental office called and said that they would not proceed until I got the clearance. That was a few months ago and I havent been back because I have several other surgeries to take care of first.
