Fabulous food and vibe at this place! Service was great and the bartenders are entertaining. I wish I lived closer. I would be a regular!

Horrible service. More interested in money than quality and consistency.
Use to rival Chipotle, was actually better with a friendlier, more local atmosphere. It's moved over into a mainstream, online-like feel now a days.
It's not line order style, you go in and order on a tablet with zero contact to the people making your food who are standing right there.
I don't understand the point of a line service set up if you're just going to force me to essentially order online, inside the store.
I use to frequent this place nearly every day, and refer people to it very often as it was my favorite place to eat. The last few times I've gone there the order was inedible, not just lacking, inedible.
The consistency is non existent. I've gotten literally the same order since theyve opened, nearly every day at the time, and not 2 burritos were ever the same. They were similar most times, but have drastically declined in quality as more employees have moved through the business.
I think either the staff is overworked or underappreciated, or they've just moved their focus more over to the bar amd entertainment instead of food quality. That or they've been instructed to make my food poorly since I've complained about poor service in the past.
Either way, it's clear the quality is dropping due to a powerhead management system. I've worked in similar environments, it's in the air and it's palpable.
