As a Rhode Island property owner, I have been working with Stonelink Property Management for almost four years. The company is very well organized and provides top-notch service to both property owners and tenants alike. Property rent rolls and income & expense statements are sent out monthly so I am always kept up to date on operating details. All of the property managers and maintenance team are extremely hard-working and detailed oriented - I am extremely pleased to have them as a partner and I can sleep well at night knowing Stonelink is on top of everything. I highly recommend Stonelink to anyone who needs property management services in RI and/or Southeast MA. Stonelink has the best team! They take care of maintenance and other issues in regards to their many properties. They follow up on all work orders and complete all tasks in a very professional manner. Stonelink commits to resident satisfaction. I'd recommend Stonelink to anybody seeking a management company, and to those looking for an apartment. I can't say enough for their service. They have a great team at Stonelink, and it shows in their work.

Update 3: we now have a leaking foundation and have a significant concern for mold. Again, this is with an infant in the home. The person who came from stonelink essentially said they will only prioritize maintenance requests if we provide them with a five star review, even if they did not fix the problem or didnt even attempt to (as in this situation). He even went as far as to say that they may just not get to any maintenance requests we submit if we leave a 1 star review. So now I suppose we are being extorted for arbitrary points in this system that the maintenance department has? Of course Richard, the head of maintenance, who gave us his direct contact info, is nowhere to be found. Oh and our HVAC is still broken! Counting the days until our lease is up. Update 2: we now have an infant, andstonelink has created a dangerous environment by their inability to respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and rectify important maintenance issues, such as the heat. It is now a safety issue more than ever and stonelink is as incompetent as ever. Would stay very far away if you have children. Update: a year later and now our heat is broken, on the coldest day of the year, and no one will answer from the supposed 24/7 emergency maintenance service. After hours of waiting on hold yesterday, an online maintenance request was somehow seen only after we repeatedly sent messages. Someone came and reportedly fixed the heat despite leaving random pvc pipes on the floor and a leaking hot water tank (his response about the leak: just leave it.) A few hours later and both the heat and hot water are gone and Blackstone maintenance is completely out of contact. The fact that the issue wasnt fixed (and perhaps made worse) the first time around is not anything new for Blackstone. But now its happening during a true maintenance emergency, and they truly could not care less. Its been 24 hours and theres no telling how much longer well be having 40 degree temperatures inside our house. Please believe the negative reviews and stay far, far away. Absolutely no communication with tenants, our AC has been broken since September and they refuse to repair it in a reasonable time or clearly communicate why it hasnt been repaired yet. At the same time, they have not followed through on our request for a temporary fix such as fans or a portable unit. We have now spent hundreds of dollars on window units, in a fairly new home, while still paying the same amount of rent. Dont rent a stand alone home or unit from Blackstone unless you want to feel absolutely taken advantage of. Would also like to add that they seem to gaslight anyone who leaves a poor review, and specifically ask tenants to leave 5 star reviews.
