Danielle helped us pick the perfect vacation. We were interested in an all inclusive and she presented us options based on what we were looking for and helped us select best for us. Danielle was absolutely incredible. We stayed at Couples Tower Isle in Jamaica for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! She gave us so many recommendations and everything looked amazing! Once we decided on Jamaica, she took the reigns and set everything up perfectly. She was so attentive to all of our questions and made the process so easy, especially when travelling to a foreign country can usually be so difficult. I contacted Danielle almost a year before the surprise trip I wanted to plan for my boyfriends 40th birthday. From that first day, she was wonderful. She not only provided several options but was very knowledgeable about all of the destinations and resorts I was considering. She also is very honest and will tell you how you can make your money go the farthest for what youre looking for. She is super quick to respond and makes you feel comfortable asking any and all questions, no matter how silly you may think they are. She truly was with me every step of the way throughout the entire process. She sent updates regarding flight changes and would just check in to see how I was doing. This was especially helpful for the two weeks leading up to the vacation where she sent reminders and emailed me a very detailed list explaining what to do and not do, recommendations regarding documentation etc. I highly recommend using Danielle and will definitely be using her for our next vacation!
