        I haven't fully seen the place yet but one of my workers recommended me to this place and I'm hoping to get in here so I can be happy and more independent

        Lived there for a 3 years and never had a problem with management or the tenants. I was sorry to leave. Carman was a peach.

        My Aunt lives at the Colonial Village Apartments. I saw her place only once. It was a seriously nice looking place, almost like a mansion. Extremely clean and neat, with a colonial look and feel as I accompanied her through the hallways to the elevator that led to her apartment. The elevator was so shiny, looked like brand new. Her place has a living room/dining room combo, a bedroom, a bathroom with an emergency pull cord, a kitchen and ample closet space. A room that stores some of her belongings not too far from her apartment. WIFI and a laundry room are part of her living arrangements. I also saw a gazebo outside, and handicapped parking spaces
