To make a long story short. I brought my 2014 gran jeep Cherokee to a Dodge dealership for a computer issue. $740 later wasn't fix. They quoted me another $2400 with no guarantee that it would be fixed. They made me feel hopeless and trapped. They had there claws in me. So I hed no choice but to pay the $740 and had my jeep towed. I went to Ricks auto with low expectations. They are a family-owned company. After talking to them I felt a little bit more confident that it was going to be okay. They said to be patient and we will do everything we can. I was treated in a professional manner. 2 months later they called me up and said the truck is all set. They gave me a reasonable price as well. Basically they care about the customer. I am very pleased with this business. they have a lifelong customer. Thank you so very much. I am so very grateful you have no idea.

Shop communicated with me all the way through and worked quickly to repair my exhaust. Highly recommended!

Finally had a service that didn't include undisclosed environmental fees. It was a state inspection. Prices are a bit high and communication could be better. Could be worse I suppose.
