Glad u took the time to give me one ⭐️ review . Let’s be transparent so you choose a detail package that did not include trim and molding restoration. We specifically told you that you was unhappy and said you have your own product chemical guys trim what ever it was I have no clue. We are don’t allow customers to bring their own products with out consulting about it to us ahead of detail time. Chemicals we use can react badly to products we know nothing about and really damage your vehicles paint / clear coat / trim /chrome so unfortunately we don’t use or stand behind them products. We told you we would take care of it with our products buts it’s more money because your package don’t include that option (the express package ) . So you wasn’t happy and left saying your giving us a bad google review & you proceed to leave a 1 star review, I apologize we wouldn’t chance using a a product we have no knowledge on to do our job. I hope you understand. i hope this can be water under the bridge . I’d like to offer you 25 dollars off your next detail visit if your interested thanks again boss
