        Walked in manager took my name but told me to wait. Staff was busy she just went to the back to avoid helping us. 45 min waiting while she sat in back instead of helping us. This location needs better management and fast.. walked out switched to T-Mobile. Rep who eventually helped us in Verizon was not friendly and just said what phone you want no hi how can I help you? Or anything like that. If I was that district manager the entire store would be fired.
