        Getting anything regarding information on your loan such a title for transfer between states will run you through a circus. Needeless and borderline reckless negligence on their part will cause you issues, stay far away.

        Customer Service has gone down hill. When I first joined they were so helpful to their customers. They were community friendly. Now even depositing a 25 dollar check has become as hassle. No matter how you bank, you cant bank right per their management. They really treat you like you are beneath them. Id recommend Navigant or Bristol which is down the street.
