Arrived at 10:15am and store was still closed. Google, website AND hours hanging on window all state opening at 10am. Not true, lights are off.

Here are 7:43PM... website says they are open until 9PM. That's a lie. Lights are off. Doors are locked.

Went there today with my toddler daughters. Great service and very professional. While I was there there was another woman was there with her granddaughter (about 5 years old). They were trying to get the granddaughters ears pierced. She never got her ears pierced because she was too scared and she was crying. The grandmother then proceeded to blame her granddaughter because she "wasted money on her". She then shifted her blame towards the two young employees working. She was upset because she had to buy the earrings (for sanitation purposes) even though her granddaughter couldn't use them right then and there. She wouldn't be able to use them until the ears were peirced again in the future. This old hag berated the two young employees all while ignoring her crying granddaughter. It was so obvious that even my daughters later asked "why was that woman so angry?". I'm writing this review because the old hag insisted that she would write a bad review about her experience. She's a bad person and I'd hate it if she did write a review and people read it without realizing what a wretched woman she was. Cheers!
