I had an appointment on Oct. 7th, 2020. The Receptionist said the MRI office would call to make an appointment. No one ever called. I called on Oct. 19th and was told they could not take my call. Very Sad.

I'm posting this fir my husband Frank. He had his hand done yesterday by Dr.Allen. Very professional and very down-to-earth. The staff was extremely friendly and talking about all kinds of different things,includingmusic. I don't understand why that guy Jeffrey put a bad review. And he didn't have to wait.His appointment was at 2:30,and they took him exactly at 2:30 and he was out by 3:30. Great staff,great doctor. I don't get this guy Jeffrey.

His staff should be more educated on what information to give their patients instead of torturing a patient by doing hand surgery with plates and screws under local anesthesia just bc they informed the patient that he could eat before 9 am when the surgery didnt start until 3 pm which is enough time to put someone under real anesthesia or even better given the patient the extra hour so they could fill confortable to actually put under anesthesia but instead they couldnt wait bc you know god forbid they do theyre job and actually care for the patient instead of trying to rush just to go home and go on vacation completely disappointed with entire experience should have gone with my first instinct to go with other physicians we had in mind !!!! Absolutely the worst physician office Ive EVER been to !!!!!

Always professional, friendly, attention to your needs.Staff is friendly, Dr. Mechrefe is outstanding in his field in my opinion.

This place was a madhouse. They took care of my medical needs yes,but the receptionists were all very rude and stuck up. And I waited every time for at least an hour. Also when it came time to go to physical therapy, I went once and was very ,extremely disappointed, The gentleman who saw me touched me inappropriately, with my five year old son in the room not to mention, and I even saw one of the other doctors caressing the receptionist on her arm.Yuck. Save yourself the stress & aggravation and go elsewhere.
