Ken and Roseann are THE best out there. Many people can be real estate agents, but so few can be the best at all stages throughout the process. They priced our home perfectly and we got top dollar for it immediately, connected us with a zillion awesome people throughout the process for inspections, home improvements, mortgage, etc., and they helped us get the best price possible on the purchase of our new home. We do not recommend people lightly, and we truly cannot say enough great things about this team. To this day, Ken remains a person we count on and we contact him whenever we have a question about our home. We have referred this team to multiple friends and family members and will continue to do so. Use this team to turn your head off and allow them to work their magic!!

Ken, Bob, and Roseann made our home selling/buying experience so incredibly convenient. They were all extremely knowledgeable of the market in what has been an extremely challenging buyers market. They made the selling of our townhouse in MA painless and were able to sell our home higher than we were hoping! When it came to finding our new home, they were extremely patient as we seemed to go to countless showings with each of them (often all around RI and souther MA) working with our challenging schedules along the way. Eventually, when we did find the home we wanted (which needed quite a bit of work), Ken helped us source contractors for seemingly everything we could think of and helped with setting up walkthroughs/quotes with each - absolutely above and beyond! Their team is so experienced and seems to know all the players in the market that helped us get what we wanted where we wanted it! We cannot say enough great things about our experience and look forward to recommending them to whoever is looking for real estate help!

Rosann Halliday and Ken Scotti are the only real state agents that you should hire. My sister andI have had multiple transactions over the last 20 years.They are professionals, they meet every need that you would want in a real estate agent. I cant express there commitment to there profession. As a team they go above and beyond what you would expect. They are knowledgeable and experienced- if you hire them to buy or sell a home it will be the BEST decision that you have ever made.

Ken is next level. If you want an experienced agent who knows the game and can navigate everything for you, HES THE GUY! In this market you need all the experience you can get. My husband and I would recommend Ken (and have recommended to multiple friends) any day!

I have had the pleasure of working with Ken and Roseann on multiple properties for relatives over the years. We also recently downsized from our house of 35 years and went into a condo. Their professionalism and attention to details is always amazing. It is a difficult decision to sell a home, but they walked us through the process with ease and confidence. I highly recommend Ken without hesitation He is patient, knowledgeable and always a pleasure to deal with.
