        Ray was excellent! My well stopped pumping this morning and he was out here an hour after I called. No nonsense upselling, straight to the point, good diagnosis, and great friendly knowledgeable guy. Nice to have someone you can trust that will fix it right if you're in a pinch for time and can't do it yourself. I will be using Thom's well and pump for any of my future needs.

        They treated us like people used to be treated in yesteryear. They are a family business and showed that they cared and wanted our situation fixed as soon as possible. They made it happen. As busy as they are they came out next day for a very big job and fixed another situation which arose from the first immediately. I cant thank them enough. Customer for life. They left our property looking like they hadnt been on our property. Thank you Thom and Ray - you were all they said and more!!! Service: Pump repairs & installation
