    I think they did a good job with the actual repair, and the lady that answers the phones is so friendly. My big complaint I guess is that I made an appointment with them in January for a bumper replacement. 2 weeks before my appointment, at the beginning of March, I went down with my car and they looked it over, made copies of all the insurance paperwork and such. They initially told me 2-3 days. A bumper cover replacement on my car should take about 4 hours or so, but I figured maybe there might be hidden damage. They had my car for 9 days waiting on a bracket. Maybe it's just me but I feel like they should have ordered all the parts ahead of time. They called me 3 days before my appointment to confirm the date. If the parts weren't there, they could have told me then and I could have waited to drop it off. The car was drivable until they took the old bumper off. I could have gotten a rental and had the other guys insurance reimburse me but I just never assumed I would be without the car that long. Oh well. Car looks good though.

    Just picked up my Toyota Camry which was there for a recent fender bender. The job looked great. the damage was to the right side of the car, both doors. Not only was it an excellent job but the inside was detailed. What a surprise. Great customer service. Jessica was very helpful. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

    Thank you for your feedback Tim. The insurance process can be frustrating! We follow the protocol of your insurance company when ordering parts and repairing your vehicle. With that being said, we are only authorized to preorder the parts that are approved by your insurance company and listed on the estimate provided. Once your vehicle is disassembled and we are able to establish that additional parts are needed, we must contact your insurance company for approval prior to ordering additional parts. Any additional parts necessary for the repair are then authorized on a secondary estimate called a supplement. This allows us to order the remaining parts. Unfortunately it does take time to navigate this process and it can add additional time on to the repair while we’re are proceeding with our protocol. I hope that this helps you feel more comfortable with the timeframe and clarifies any concerns.
