Comprehensive Pain Management

I just got home from the office in south county. I normally go to the office in Warwick. The staff is very nice and very helpful. It is a very friendly place and they always put you at ease. When making appointments they really try to work with your schedule. I see Dr. Chan at both places. He is very nice and makes sure you are okay during the whole procedure. Thanks a lot for helping me with my pain.

Will only prescribe opiate medication with monthly visits, pill counts, drug tests, and refuse to increase medications when needed. As a former substance abuse counselor, it's exactly how you would treat someone with a substance abuse disorder on court ordered probation. It's not pain management, it's pain medication management. I was told "you have the choice to stop taking the medications" when I complained of the control and invasive requirements. I saw it as a gentle threat of "do it, or suffer with pain and withdrawls". I have no choice. If you do, choose "other".

Today I had my first spinal epidural administered by Doctor Desillier at the South Kingstown location. I was extremely nervous and not sure what to expect. She was extremely Compassionate and professional and her confidence put my mind at ease. She took her time and answered all questions. I did not feel rushed at all! The injection was almost painless! Also, her assistant was very polite and friendly. I go back in six weeks for another injection, and I feel Much less anxious, knowing how capable and kind she is. I recommend this doctor for anyone suffering with chronic pain.

My husband was going here. They refused to do anything for him. Other than giving him a shot for his foot. That didn't work We went to every appointment. We had to reschedule one because my grandfather passed away Unexpectedly and then 2 weeks later. My father ended up in the hospital on His death bed fighting for his life so he had to reschedule again. I told them That we were very sorry. And that I would call to schedule the appointment as soon as we could. Since we were in the hospital every day and night I lost my father not even a month after my grandfather. I have called them 4 times they will not answer the phone. today I called and they answered and told me to hold on and put me on. Hold for 25 minutes and then the phone hung up. This place is unprofessional, absolutely disgusting. I cannot believe it is still in business. You don't see a Doctor they're very rude. You see a nurse. It doesn't matter how much pain you're in, they don't care.The lady at the front desk has no manners. My husband told them he's in so much pain he couldn't handle it anymore.and they told him they were sorry. He was hurting that bad. There was nothing they could do. They should not be in business.

(Zero Stars) look at these complaints people. Never had a doctor make me want to kill myself before. Thank you Dr Adriana Desillier for discriminaing against me, calling me a disappointment of a human being as well as a disappointment of veteran and a Jerk. You screamed at me I'm front of an office full of people and then called the cops on me to have me trespassed for your actions. I recorded the entire incident . I Will put you on the news. I've filed a complaint with the bar and I will also be suing you. I am a mental and physical trauma patient. You victimized me and caused irreparel pain and suffering. You put me in such a dark place that I never wanted to go to. Doctors are supposed to help people not hurt them. You had my entire history and knowingly negligently hurt me and then on top of it the defamed my name. This group is disgusting, the doctors are disgusting, don't go here unless you want the same thing to also happen to you or worse. Additionally they sent me a bill for $400 dollars rather then Bill my three insurance cpanies as a form of retribution. Or they are double dipping. Additionally, they put incorrect information in my medical file has a form of punishment. This place is not to be trusted. If anyone has had any similar experiences please file complaints. Stand up for your self and others. Don't let someone get hurt for the disgusting, unprofessional behavior and treatment of this doctor's office. Also I would like to add that they are double dipping for insurance billing me despite the fact that I have three insurances and this is a LOD injury that should be billed to the VA. They sent the bill under another pain company name. Complete Scum!
