        They need to rename this place "South Kinstown residents ONLY Transfer Station (all others pay $55), as if their trash is more special than the others. They also require you to put tags on bags of trash. So... you create MORE trash to label your bags as trash. Seems redundant and asinine. But I was turned away for living half a mile away from South Kinstown border. With no sign in sight stating the "residents only" rule. So, heads up.
