        My Sister Recently Moved Here, She Showed Me Her Apartment & Gave me a Brief Tour* of The Facility. It Was Very Nice Looking. And Had Alot of Nice Modern Classy Amenities & An Old Traditional Theme* Of The Bourne Mill's Industrial History Before It was Transformed Into Market Rate Luxury Apartment's. It Also Is A Pretty "Diverse" Place to Live with Residents Of All Races & Ethnicities Blended Into The Fabric & StyLe, Including African kent furnished Chair's & Art located Around The Shared Common Community Room Area's. Pretty CooL. It Seem's Quiet, for the Most Part When I Visited. But My Sister & Some Other Of Her Neighbors, Upstairs & Downstairs have Experienced Some Complaints About Noise disturbances lately. But She's Only been there less than a month. So Time Will Tell to Find Out & See If It Was Worth Paying Over $1,300 a month*Or Maybe More* for a One-bedroom Apartment there. Although The Mill Is Solid In Structure, Evidently, The Walls Have "Ears".?
