        My niece lives in a group home. She is severely disabled both mentally and physically. She has a special tub that is about 10 years old and one of the parts broke. This meant less than comfortable baths as the rinsing process needed to be done with a small bucket. The company who made the tub was sold and finding the exact part became difficult. We live in RI and we were trying to deal with a company in Tennessee. I then met Matt McGuire from Home Mobility Pros. Within days he was able to get the part we needed and have it delivered. He checked to make sure the part arrived and that it was installed without a problem. It's so nice to work with a person who cares and is responsive. I would recommend this company to anyone needing mobility or accessibility services.         Home Mobility Pros made the experience of having my bathrooms remodeled a complete pleasure. Matt was so knowledgeable, forthright, and accessible. He really made the process enjoyable. I remodeled two bathrooms within 6 months. The first was for my elderly parents. They knew every obstacle my parents would face and made careful consideration of what would be necessary to remedy the situations. My second bathroom was for my kids. And I had to use Home Mobility Pros again. wish I had another bathroom. Thank you to all for a great job!
