Absolutely horrible experience every time I have gone. Tonight I went and the worker on the drive thru speaker kept telling me they were out of everything I wanted. She was being very short with me and when I asked for extra sauce she told me that I wouldnt need that much sauce as if she was fat shaming me. I was utterly shocked when I then pulled up to the window and when I saw fries missing from my order she asked me what type of frieswhat type of fries do you have?!?? I asked if I could get the fries I ordered and she said that her manager packed the order and kept telling me that I was wrong. I offered to show her the missing fries but she refused and when I asked to pay for extra fries she told me I could not.
Such a disappointing and embarrassing experience for KFC/Taco Bell. My friends and I will not be returning to this location as this is not the first time we have felt unwelcome and have had poor service.

Placed order and paid at Drive through Saturday February 24th at 9:40 pm then was told to pull around front and they would bring it out. After waiting 15 minutes I went inside and was told they forgot to make my food.
