Citizens Supermarket Branch

Your bank sucks. No teller service and always problems with your ATM. On 8/26/23 I called at 2:13 pm and I was told that the ATM was broken. I said I wanted teller service not an ATM. I was told there is no teller service at this branch. Not sure if this is true or not. The only other time I attempted to use this branch the tellers told customers they could not take deposits. We had to make cash deposits at the ATM. Of course there was a long line and the woman using the ATM was having issues. The machine locked up. You might as well close this branch because it is hurting your brand. The employees suck and paying them is a waste of money.

They have 4 workers all just there to sit and stare at the single atm and massive lines. People clearly don't understand how the ATM works either so wait times are unreal. Not sure why they have 4 people collecting pay checks to do literally nothing.

No teller,no service, unless you use atm and cant do deposits unless its exact dollar because its done through atm and you cant put change in their inconvenience. This place has gone down hill.

They are forcing you to use their one Atm I deposit way over 100 individual bills from work and the atm takes 30 bills at a time. Im not sitting there taking up the use of their one atm. Its horrible and when I stressed I want to use a teller I was given attitude saying well this is how its going to be

The tellers and supervisors here are absolutely amazing! They are very helpful and attentive to your questions and needs.
