My Warwick, Rhode Island, Hair Club experience gets an A+. The management staff was very informative about how their process worked and what to expect. The stylists were all exceptionally attentive, and very professional, and good at what they do. A special shout out to Sandra D who I had for several visits. she was very professional and attentive, and made me feel like I was number one at Hair Club. Overall a good experience with good results.

I have been with Hairclub for over a year now and have been using their Extreme Hair products. I was quite skeptical that topical products such as shampoo, conditioner, vitamins, cleansing spray, minoxidil can actually work. But it surely does. They were upfront about receding hairline being most challenging to regrow. So it is has improved for me, but also I am aware it takes much more time. as for the rest of the hair - I never had so much thick, dense hair, even in my 20s. Love the products, love the service.

Very disappointed with their customer service. They told me my unit would be ready in 4- 6 weeks , when I called around week 7 I was told it wasnt just my unit the company was making and they had no clue when the unit would be ready.Dont listen to any timeframe they give you , its just a sells pitch , after they have collected your money they will tell you they have no clue when its going to arrive . This is after paying 2k for a single unit.
