        I would give this place ZERO stars if that were an option! I have VIDEO footage of Tony, an admittedly unqualified cleaner, calling me STUPID because I refused to pay for my garment after noticing large distinct water marks that were not present when I dropped it off. Tony allegedly spoke with the owner and gave me 2 options: take it and bring it back, wherein I'd have to pay to clean their mistake OR leave it for another week and hopefully get it back in the condition it should've been in on pick-up #1. Neither option worked for me because I needed the garment for an event that evening. They made ZERO effort to work with me or consider my suggestions. The cops ended up being called because no resolution could be made. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
