Prometric

Went there to pass my USMLE Step 1 from Mass. Very easy to access, plenty of parking space, and very nice, professional and attentive staff, always super quick to check me out and back into my session. The testing center was clean, with fresh water and restrooms.

For the most part I had a good experience here. Had 8 different tests to do and 7 of them went flawlessly. The 8th however they gave me someone elses test results and I thought I failed. After finally calming down I realized it wasnt my test results and went online to find my real results which I passed. For a place that pats you down, wands you, makes you inside out your pockets etc youd think they could at least make damn sure theyre giving you YOUR test results.

The past reviews made me a bit nervous, but all of the staff were very kind and helpful! I arrived 30ish minutes before my GRE test and started about 10 minutes early. Theres a water cooler and cups available. Phones arent allowed in the testing rooms, but they are allowed in the test center (and kept in lockers for the entirety of the test)

4 appointments cancelled within 24 hours in 3 months. Had to file an extension and Prometric still wants to collect fees for rescheduled appointments due to their closures. Yikes.

1000$ exam scheduled 3 Months in advance. Examinees show up but no Prometric employee shows up. 2hrs waiting outside the door and 1hr after exam was supposed to start they told us they weren't able to get in contact with anyone so the exam is cancelled...
