I couldnt have been more happier with the custom photo booth banner and props that I had made by JTG!! I couldnt decide what exact look I wanted in the banners for my fiancés 30th Lumberjack theme birthday so I left it up to JTG to design it just by giving him the theme i was using! They were even better than anything I had envisioned!!! It made my whole Pinterest vision completely come together!!! Thank you again for helping me complete the party with your creative talent!!!

We have had some differences and currently working on them with Justin. I will return with a review after my item ships. And another after I received my product UPDATE, 04/07/19 Justin has put great effort to address my issue and almost about done with our transaction. Artwork is awesome the print and material looks great. I will update with photos of his work and the product Definitely went up on stars for me

Thief. I should have done my research before ordering custom cigar bands. I paid my $50 to get the process started and had relatively good communication. I was told that if I didn't like the initial design that we would work together until we had something I liked. The first proof looked halfway decent but had used some Harry Potter looking font that looked cheesy. After a few reminder emails, I got something that looked halfway decent but still had a bulky border. I asked if we could do a different border and got an email back saying he had sent it. Nothing had been sent and I still have no cigar bands 3 days before my wedding. I started this process on April 26th and as of June 7th, I still have nothing to show for my $50. Steer clear of this piece of garbage "business". Update 6/21: Though the owner claims to have refunded the money, I have yet to receive it in my bank account. He can't even deliver on a refund.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS SELLER! THERE ARE PLENTY OF REPUTABLE SELLERS ON ETSY AND PRINTERS - THIS ONE IS NOT ONE OF THEM!!!! I ordered cigar bands from Justin in 2015 for my sons graduation on Etsy. I ordered another set on January 5, 2016 and paid for them. I received a "shipped notification" on February 2nd. When I did not receive them, he said that he hadn't shipped them yet. He knew I wanted to order koozies so we then included those in another order that I paid for and he said he was going to combine them. After being told several times via text that he shipped my orders (the postal service lost it and he should have used FedEx was one of the many excuses) and I never received them he assured me on Friday April 8th that he was shipping them and including a sweatshirt with a pirated logo that he took off of my Facebook page. He said they were going to send out for Saturday delivery. Being nice, I told him not to do Saturday delivery, but Monday April 11th would suffice. He said OK. When I returned home yesterday there was of course no package. I tried calling - but his voice mail isn't accepting messages. I texted him and he said it was going to be delivered today (it wasn't) but in other conversations he was going to make sure I get them by Friday. He lies so much he can't remember what he says - although the beauty of texting - I have everything! He never prepared them - shipped them or anything. He has lied for over three months. I was nice until last night and I've had it! Sadly, he is using the accident that displaced him as an excuse. If you go to his Facebook page Jus Tin G - you'll notice all of the new embroidery, tshirts and jewelry that he's been printing. It has nothing to do with being displaced - it's that he's taking money and not providing a product to people that paid for them. I suspect he closed the Etsy account because of so many complaints. The January order that I haven't received is past the 60 days so can't file a case on that with Etsy - but did on the other order. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and opened a case against him. I have all of the emails, texts and correspondence validating my claims - one where he admitted to not holding up his end of the bargain but still would assure me he'd get the items to me. I am hoping that anyone who considered ordering from this clown runs the other way! I had to give him one star to post but he doesn't even deserve one star! Laurie's complaint below is his typical business practice - even though he says he doesn't run a business like that! Before he shut his Etsy account down, there were numerous similar complaints. WORST BUSINESS OWNER EVER! The response below is such a lie - unfortunately I can not post screen shots of my conversation with Justin BUT YOU CAN SEE THEM ON HIS BUSINESS FACEBOOK PAGE JTG GRAPHIC DESIGNS 9YOU CAN ALSO SEE ALL THE ITEMS THAT HE'S WORKED ON EXCEPT THE ITEMS WE PAID FOR) stating from him that the items were shipped, included a picture of the pirated logo sweatshirt he was including for my troubles. NOW he says below that he never reprinted them - but LAST NIGHT his screen shot said they were shipped. HE IS A LIAR AND A THEIF. THERE IS NOT A REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT - HE HASN'T REFUNDED ME ANYTHING.
