        Nikki was a phenomenal instructor. She made sure everyone understood how to provide first aid and life saving measures effectively. She patiently corrected the mistakes during practices of first aid and CPR. I look forward to reaching out to her for recertification in a couple years!

        I took the Red Cross Adult CPR/First Aid/AED with Nikki Eisenberger as the instructor. Nikki was an outstanding teacher, and my learning experience was excellent. She has a careful eye for details in how the participants carry out the procedures. She is thorough, patient, and explains things well. I also appreciated that she was efficient in making sure that we completed the activities in a timely manner.
