Extended Stay America - Providence - Warwick

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Absolutely no complaints with front desk whatsoever. Rooms are dated and could stand some deep cleaning and a good update. The main issue with the establishment is the seedy characters that seem to congregate. So if being stalked to and from your room by another creepy guest or having front row seats to a drug bust out your window are your idea of a good time, be sure to book!

We had a little hiccup when we checked in, left our credit card locked in our storage facility overnight so we had to sleep in our UHaul our first night, therefore our first night was a no show and were charged. When we obtained our credit card, we checked in with Stephanie, the assistant manager. She was able to fix it so we didnt loose out on our first night which was very kind of her because technically she didnt have to do that. Whenever I needed anything she was always around with a smile and accommodating my needs. Our hotel room was immaculate. I grew up in the industry so Im familiar with the ins and outs, etc. If I had one complaint it would be to have the option of the windows opening. When you cook in a room, if leaves a scent, especially if it has no where to go. I made cheeseburgers in our room and our room smelt like grease the following days after. I will definitely book at this location in the future because of the cleanliness and pleasant staff. Meredith
