Cindy is your "go to" for hashing out a great design. A seasoned tile sales and design gal that will take her time to make sure you get what you are looking for. You might get a hug too! Ken holds it down on the material and contractor end and is knowledgeable about the numerous products in the inventory. Ben will get the product to you and make sure you didn't miss a thing. A great team and a good spot for your next tile project.

I don't believe that they have enough stock tile to satisfy customers in a timely fashion. I know that as long as the main factory has stock we are looking at a 2 week turnaround. But even then they can't give me an exact delivery date.
