Horrible customer service, extremely rude. The manager, Diane, called me a liar when I told her that I unfortunately couldnt pick up flowers that were supposed to be delivered today. Ordered a bundle of flowers and chocolate covered strawberries ($160). Flowers were never delivered, I called and asked nicely if we could either get a refund or get the flowers resent, instead we were laughed at and several rude comments were made by the manager over the phone. I will never order from here or any edible arrangements location again. And, I will be spreading the word as well. Thank you.

The perfect anniversary/Valentines gift; and while I was out shoveling snow! Flowers make me sad because you get them and theyre all beautiful and then you watch them die. These, I will eat and enjoy, smiling with every bite!

If i could, I would give this place 0 stars. My husband and his mom's boyfriend went to this place and bought a 6pk and a 12pk of chocolate covered strawberries on 2/14, and the strawberries were moldy. If they had looked at the reviews beforehand, they would have avoided wasting their money on this place! I don't know how they are still in business after seeing the other reviews. Don't waste your time and money on this place!
