        I love working out at burn! The music is always up beat, people are friendly and cheer each other on awesome camaraderie. The trainers are always helping in a positive manner to make sure you get the most out of the workout and stay safe with proper form or adjustments if your body doesnt feel ready etc. Most importantly, the workouts are incredible!! they push you to work hard and see results! Workouts are always changing never repetitive and each day you target a different group of muscles.

        It's having a personal trainer in a class setting. I love the motivation this gym gives me and having a baby sitter on-site is very helpful

        The absolute best for group fitness w/ a personalized feel! I have been a member for 18 months and love everything about Burn. The trainers and owners are all amazing, knowledgeable and friendly, I always look forward to attending class.
