        Absolutely unacceptable lack of professional here from agent Sasha Cardenas. She will not respond for months. When I asked to sign up with farmers she never signed me up, when I finally got in touch and asked to cancel, she signed me up and didnt cancel. She is unfit for this position. This place is a MESS. Stay away.

        I cannot get ahold of this company either by phone or by email to cancel my auto policy. The voice mail tells you to call 1800 MetLife. When you call MetLife they have no record of your policy or name. I've contacted Arizona Insurance Commission & will be filing a complaint. Stay away from this company
