Shoreham Bank

My wife spotted a great CD rate from this bank on line 6 years ago. We drove from Maryland to Rhode Island to open an account. It is probably the most worthwhile trip we have ever taken. Not only are the employees of the bank some of the nicest people we have ever met or spoken with, despite living in Maryland still, we have always received excellent and friendly service. Whether on line or by phone, the service is second to none. When they tell you they will call you back, they really mean it. That is a rarity in today's world. The bank communicates very well and we feel secure that the service they provide is the best in the nation. We highly recommend this bank where ever you live.

My first contact with Home Loan Investment Bank was a phone conversation with Simon who was very informative. I visited a local branch and worked with Amy Cuellar. Amy was very helpful and efficient. The bank offers great rates on checking, savings accounts and CDs. I enjoyed the personal experience rather than an online bank. I have already recommended them to friends.

Id give 10 stars today if it were an option! I made a few BIG mistakes on my two accounts and received a call from Christine to straighten everything out. I was so embarrassed and feeling ridiculous. She was so kind and patient with me - and should be the poster child for customer care and support. She started out by saying not to worry shed get it rectified right away. If it werent for her patience and understanding- along with a great sense of humor to alleviate my feeling like an idiot, I wouldnt have had such a positive experience. Shes real and cares about the customer. Just one more reason to work with Hone Loan bank. Thank you Christine for the simple resolution!! It made such an impression and warranted a 2nd review. I wouldnt bank anywhere else!
