Jen is a 15 out of 10! She bent over backward for me when I was looking for a home for my parents to live in, which could also be an investment property in the future. Jen and her team made the process so easy and found an amazing place that was perfect for my parents and me. She was always available to speak when I needed her and knew what was hitting the market before it happened. I cant tell you how pleased I am with Jen! She helped me sell my house AND buy a new house - all while going through a divorce. Jennifer was first class. We had some unique challenges with the sale of our home. Jennifer did everything imaginable to make sure things moved as efficiently and smoothly as possible. I always felt well informed and knew she was available for questions at a moments notice. Her suggestions were well thought out and added to the ease of the sale. We had multiple offers in a short time and never felt pressured to go in one direction or another. In the end, we were very satisfied with the offer we accepted. The ease of everything only added to the experience. I have no reservations recommending Jennifer and am happy to share my experience should anyone wish to reach out.
