Recently visited this Finish Line Macys location and the customer service was exceptional. The workers greeted me immediately, asked what I was looking for and provided several helpful recommendations for running + lifting sneakers for the gym. They also explained that they are unable to take Finish Line retail returns so I was aware after I created a rewards account there. I liked how they werent pushy and were willing to help me the whole time

This is the worst company ever JD finish line. They tell me to order online because they didnt have the sneakers I wanted in stock. I ordered the sneakers on 6/26 they will arrive by 6/30 on 6/30 nothing no notification that its on its way then 7/1 was the new estimated date then no status can be found call them on 7/2 they tell me they lost the package but I cant ask for a refund until 7/6 phone customer service hangs up on me when I call for my refund called again theyve had me on hold for over 10 min. Im calling BBB and consumer protection and my AG if I dont get this resolved.
