First time I buy a pair of redwing work boots. I was extremely impressed with the professional service that the employees provided. Joe proved to be patient and knowledgeable about the products they sell at this location, providing his honest opinion from his experience I was able to select the most comfortable pair of work boots that I've ever owned.

I'm on my 8th pair of Redwings in 20 years. I came in for soft toe work boots with 2.0 supersoles. I was shown a pair of steel toes, in a color I didn't like, in a style I didn't like. I did NOT want these boots. I tried them on out of politeness. I am happy I did. It turns out if I had got what I wanted, I wouldn't have known what I needed. One of the few purchases I felt 100% about - without any buyers remorse. Joe was great and really worked to help me find the right fit. I hope he's still there in 2-3 years when I'm ready for a new pair! Thank you Joe!

Very disappointed. I was told 2 separate times that the Warwick store was going to get my size and width boots from the Seekonk location. Never got a call that they came in. I called after the first time and they ordered from Seekonk a second time and they still didnt arrive. Red Wing makes good boots but local stores dont carry much in stock. I asked about 3 different models and they could only locate 1 pair available in the Seekonk store which was suppose to be shipped to Warwick store. Never got call that they came in. So I moved on to buy a different brand elsewhere online and saved money. Wont be buying from Warwick store. It is just to bad that online shopping is not available with Red Wing.
