Burk is hands-on. He's a good responder and tries to get the best deal for clients on materials and installation. He has been clear about guarantee terms too.

Since I first got a quote from Sun Nerds last year, Burk has been fantastic at following up with me, answering my questions immediately, or texting/calling me within the hour. His customer service has been second to none. I got 4 bids and Sun Nerds was the best price and totally educational to help me wrap my mind around the incredible savings. Not only will I save $30+/month but with the annual increase of 3-7% a year my monthly savings is only going up! Well save $40k-$50k over the next 25 years and thats on the conservative side of National Grid only raising electricity 3% a year. But 2021 they raised electricity 12% and 2022 is set to go up 25% this November!

Sun Nerds is the most knowledgeable and professional group of solar consultants locally. They were extremely efficient at following up and answering questions through the process. Burk was very thorough, informative and paid great attention to all the details. I would recommend them highly!

Great company, I'm so happy with my solar purchase. First bill after turning on was 58 dollars second nation grid geve me credit of 168. The whole project went quick and my rep Brent communicated with us the whole way.. even checked back after. Quality work good looking product with online monitoring if your interested I definitely recommend Brent and the sun nerds team drop my name myers
