        had Sampson's do a APR tune. The car had Miss fires. He would not remove tune. charged Me $400 for refusals too admit the tune was problem, liar try to said was dirty oil . he is a Joke! stay away!!

        This is the fourth time that we have taken the car to Sampson's. Every time has been a very good experience. What is appreciated is the honesty and quality of repair. There is no up-selling of unnecessary service, and it is very clear that Joe knows his stuff. We felt that the rates were honest and fair rates. And Sampson's stands behind its work! Joe even accommodated the car a day early. After dropping the car there, Joe informed me that the car was to come in for the next day. Definitely my fault, but Joe took the car anyway! We are very pleased with Sampson's, and would recommend to others looking for good service. Edit: Just had some major work done, and as was with previous work, the price was fair, and the work was excellent. Joe, and his team, did a great job, and we were kept in the loop as to what was being done. No unnecessary work, unlike other places. We feel that Sampson's is honest in dealing with us, and would recommend to others needing car work. Tom and Ed

        3 FLUID changes I brought my 95 Mustang project car in for 3 FLUIDS!!! then they proceeded to do whatever they wanted to the vehicle then 5,000$ later told me that it was their project. After I explained it was a project for my wife and I it was not for him and his crew to leave us with a 5,000$ bill. They are crooks and apparently after screwing everyone out of repairing what they werent authorized to they came up with enough stolen money to buy a gas station next to The Court House Center For the arts. Stay away from this repair shop or it will cost you guaranteed!!

      Mr. Bowden's vehicle was successfully tuned at our location on February 2, 2022 w/ no performance issues at time of flashing or immediately following. This vehicle returned to our location on May 2, 2023 w/ stated concerns of engine misfires and poor engine performance. Mr. Bowden stated at this time that repair attempts were made to correct issue at another repair center that is not ours. After completing a thorough diagnosis of fault and performing an approved oil & filter service to the vehicle {vehicle was two quarts below capacity & leaking from an incorrect drain plug seal installed by another facility} there were no returning faults and engine was operating normally. Contradictory to Mr. Bowdens claim; the ECU was recalibrated to Stock calibration {removed tune}. Mr. Bowden was charged our standard ECU burn fee and for parts/materials and diagnosis time spent.
