image This automotive repair place is amazing!!! Just dropped my 2013 forester Alan and his mechanics had it diagnosed in just as little as an hour! They had it fixed by the end of the day!!! They even worked with me on price!!! They truly are a life saver DO NOT HESITATE TO BRING IT HERE!!!! THEY ARE THE BEST AROUND AND I WIould HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!

image Another shop quoted me a crazy price for brakes and rotors replacements. I called in Priority and got a great and affordable quote and they also did a tremendous job on the replacement. They also have a complimentary pick up/ drop off service so I didn't have to wait in the shop, and everything got done within a couple of hours. Great service and staff and I highly recommend!

image I went to Priority Auto when my check engine light came on. I had gone to Autozone and did a free diagnostic reading, showing me that I likely needed a new sensor. I had never been to Priority Auto before, but I was turned off from my previous mechanic's prices. So, I gave Priority Auto a call.
They were able to take my car the next day. Took a few hours and then they confirmed it was a worn out sensor, just as I had expected. I was able to get my car later that evening. However, upon getting my car, the check engine light came back on. I was befuddled after just paying $300 to fix this.
At that point, I spoke with Allan, the Owner of Priority Auto. He told me it could have been a faulty after-market sensor they put in, and that his team had made a mistake to not put in a Volkswagen-specific sensor, which would have been much more expensive. He further told me that he would eat the cost of the new sensor, since his team had made the mistake.
I was unhappy with the inconvenience to come back, but at least this would be fixed the next day. When I came back, Allan dealt with my car personally. To my surprise, he told me my car had no oil in it. Having no oil had caused one of my sensors to burn out, and it also killed the new sensor they had put in the day before.
So, Allan went ahead and put fresh synthetic oil in my car, along with the Volkswagen-specific sensor, straight from a VW dealership. The higher priced sensor AND oil were both free of charge, courtesy of Allan and his team at Priority Auto. It was an extremely nice gesture, and it showed Allan truly cares about his customers. I will be doing future business at Priority Auto.
